key responsibilities
As a JuniorPersonal Assistant to the President and Managing Director of the company, some of your responsibilities will be:
- acting as a point of contact
- dealing with correspondence and calls
- coordinating complex scheduling and extensive calendar management
- controlling access to the President and Managing Director
- producing reports and presentations for meetings
- co-ordinating complex and ever-changing travel arrangements
- performing administrative and office support
- handling requests and queries appropriately
- liaising with executives, clients, suppliers and other staff
- organizing events
qualifications
The ideal candidate for this JuniorPersonal Assistant role should have:
- university degree
- master's degree will be considered a plus
- fluency in Greek, English and French
- excellent knowledge of Ms Office
