As a n Energy Trader Analyst your primary responsibilities are:

• Monitoring energy markets and commodities, record keeping, data entry.
• Access and trading on the platforms (eg EnEx, DESFA)
• Back office, energy pricing, transaction reporting (REMIT,EMIR)
• Communication with market operators (EnEx, IPTO, HEDNO, DAPEEP, etc.)
• Creation of models and tools for market analysis and business risk, in cooperation with the IT department for software maintenance.
• Creation of reports, analyses, presentations, corporate material for internal and external use.
• Monitor contacts with customers, suppliers, external partners, keep an agenda, organize meetings.

The ideal candidate for the role of the Energy Trader Analyst, should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Economics. Postgraduate degree shall be considered a plus
• Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)
• 3-5 years work experience in the field of energy and / or commodities or proven interest in the industry (eg dissertation, recommendations).
• Excellent command of MS Office Applications, Comfort with programming tools.
• Decision-making and problem solving skills, Willingness to take initiatives
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Team working spirit
