The responsibilities of the Sales Specialist position are the following:

• Managing retailer and distributor relationships to drive sales and ensure optimal product placement
• Developing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share
• Receiving and logging incoming client service requests for HVAC (Cooling) and Fire Protection systems to ensure prompt resolution
• Tracking maintenance contracts and coordinating technician schedules for site visits, preventive maintenance, and repairs
• Preparing commercial offers, processing service orders, and following up to ensure smooth execution
• Collaborating directly with the Technical Department Manager and team members (UPS & Generators) to optimize operational efficiency
• Coordinating with internal teams (sales, logistics, and finance) to streamline administrative processes and maintain high service standards
• Gradually taking on extended operational responsibilities to improve departmental workflows and client satisfaction
• Communicating effectively with B2B clients and partners to deliver high-quality technical support and enhance customer experience

You should have the following qualifications for the Sales Specialist role:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a relevant position
• Very good knowledge of the English language (verbal and written)
• Computer literacy and a tech-savvy personality
