The responsibilities of this Sales Proposal Engineer role are: 

• Translate customer needs into technical proposals, ensuring the proposed solutions meet both performance and budgetary requirements.
• Analyze technical specs and design custom HVAC / precision cooling solutions tailored to client infrastructure and data center needs.
• Communicate directly with international manufacturer plants to resolve complex technical queries, verify equipment configurations, and secure customized engineering specs.
• Draft robust, precise technical proposals and tender submissions. 
• Act as the technical point of contact; analyze contracts, understand requirements, and conduct site visits when necessary to ensure the perfect technical fit.
• Evolve into holistic presales support for end-to-end Data Center solutions (integrating power, cooling, enclosures, and monitoring systems).
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams in a supportive reporting line. Opportunities exist to join key client meetings and deliver technical presentations as your role evolves.

The qualifications of this Sales Proposal Engineer role are: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC design, precision cooling, presales, or technical proposal engineering.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in CAD software, HVAC selection software, and MS Office.

• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn holistic Data Center infrastructure.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive engineering environment.
