  • key responsibilities

    As a financial operations specialist, your responsibilities will include:

    • Performing daily bank statement posting & reconciliation. Update customer / vendor cards
    • Posting expenses through purchase order functionality (create & post) and associateexpense reports through MxP
    • Manage all payments (local/international/group) according to internal/local requirements &internal approval protocol
    • Responsible for BS periodic reconciliations using blackline platform
    • Apply internal control & governance procedures of the company in areas of responsibility
    • Participates in local/cluster projects
    • Assists in internal and external audits & participate in annual physical stock count
    • Delivers ad hoc requests and analysis

  • qualifications

    In order for your profile to match the financial operations specialist, you need to have the following skills:

    • University degree in accounting or finance/ economics. Master’s degree will be appreciated
    • Experience of at least 3 years preferably in a multinational company
    • Good Knowledge of all accounting procedures
    • Well organized, diligent, keeps his work open for review
    • Hands on mentality – self driven
    • Very good english Language skills, in writing and speaking
