• Lead the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely andaccurate financial reporting.
• Own the statutory audit process and manage relationships with external auditors andadvisors.
• Maintain and continuously strengthen the financial control environment, ensuringcompliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Develop and improve financial reporting processes, controls and governance as theorganisation continues to scale.
• Support the integration of acquisitions and the finance requirements of new sitedevelopments.
• Partner with the Greece CFO to deliver accurate, insightful financial information thatsupports strategic decision making.
• Drive technical accounting excellence across the finance function.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and wider finance projects where required.
• Mentor and develop members of the finance team while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Contribute across the finance function with a hands-on approach, supporting operationalpriorities whenever needed.

Fully qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).A background in external audit with strong technical accounting expertise.Experience leading or managing a finance function within a growing organisation.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, statutory accounts, audit and internal controls.Experience operating within a Private Equity-backed or high-growth environment would beadvantageous.Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.A collaborative, hands-on approach with the mindset that no task is beneath them if itimproves the business.The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver todemanding deadlines.Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholdersacross the organisation.
