For the role of Design Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage a team of (external) designers/subcontractors.
• Define design goals, processes, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, PMT and business teams.
• Review and approve design work and deliverables.
• Ensure consistency across design systems.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources.
• Support performance reviews, evaluate existing and new (design)subcontractors.
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design decisions.
• Present design concepts and strategy to stakeholders.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design practices.

For the role of Technical Director, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.  
• Up to 10 years of construction experience with large-scale engineering companies on complex projects.  
• Preferably 5 years of experience in a design management role.  
• Previous team leadership or management experience.  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and leadership capabilities.  
• Expertise in design principles and tools.  
• Experience with design systems and workflows.
