As a Senior MEP Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and coordinate daily on-site mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations for major public and private building projects, ensuring strict adherence to approved technical designs, safety standards, and project schedules.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, structural engineers, and client representatives to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall building construction.
• Supervise, manage, and coordinate MEP subcontractors and site technical personnel to ensure work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Conduct thorough site inspections and testing to verify correct installations, troubleshooting and resolving complex engineering issues on-site.
• Oversee material and equipment procurement, verifying technical submittals, quality compliance, and timely delivery to site.
• Prepare detailed site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation for internal management and external public or private stakeholders.

For the Senior MEP Site Manager position, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Polytechnic / University level).
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
• Solid understanding of MEP building codes, regulations, and quality standards for both public and private sector projects.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).

• Strong leadership and site management capabilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Advanced problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• High attention to detail ensuring quality and integrity of MEP installations
