As a construction project manager your responsibilities will include: 

• Overseeing the development, construction, and monitoring of luxury hospitality and residential projects across Athens (e.g., preserved/listed buildings) and the Cyclades.
• Conducting regular physical site visits and hands-on monitoring (traveling 2–3 days a week to Paros, Antiparos, and Mykonos) to ensure progress, quality control, and strict alignment with project timelines.
• Managing the tender processes from start to finish, including evaluating, selecting, and appointing architects, engineers, land surveyors, and general contractors.
• Acting as the primary technical focal point on-site, actively monitoring and directing the daily output of external architects, engineers, and specialized technical consultants.
• Serving as the internal anchor for project management, smoothly transitioning operations from external PM consultants as the company scales its in-house capabilities.
• Partnering closely with local leadership as well as international stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment across legal, business development, and financial requirements.
• Collaborating fluently in English with internal teams, external contractors, municipal authorities, and financial partners to deliver complex plot developments and historic restorations smoothly.

For the construction project manager position, you need to have: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
