For the role of Construction Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Performing daily site inspections to monitor civil works and aviation system installations against approved drawings, standards, and specifications.
• Reviewing, processing, and tracking technical submittals, shop drawings, RFIs (Requests for Information), and method statements.
• Monitoring daily subcontractor activities, site progress logs, and field execution to support milestone tracking.
• Coordinating on-site technical interfaces between civil engineering teams and electronic/FIR system vendors.
• Executing site quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures and ensuring strict compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Preparing detailed daily, weekly, and monthly technical progress reports and engineering documentation for project management.
• Identifying on-site technical conflicts or discrepancies and working with design and site teams to implement practical solutions.

For the role of Construction Project Engineer, you will need:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a project engineering or site engineering role within civil infrastructure or complex commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline 
• Solid technical understanding of civil infrastructure works, construction methodology, and installation requirements for building/electronic systems.
• Experience with project management software (MS Project or Primavera P6) alongside MS Office.
• Strong familiarity with QA/QC procedures, RFI processes, submittal reviews, and site log management.
• Excellent command of both English and Greek (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills, technical problem-solving ability, and clear field communication skills.
