As a Customer Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will be:

• Execute customer marketing strategies and translate commercial objectives into effective customer activation programs, including product launches and seasonal initiatives
• Lead the creation of customer marketing materials (POS, in-store assets, digital content) and ensure they comply with brand and regulatory guidelines
• Brief, coordinate, and manage external creative agencies and production suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Category, Finance) and negotiate priorities to achieve business objectives
• Manage and track Customer Marketing budgets, purchase orders, and invoices across channels, ensuring activities stay within approved financial targets
• Track and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, using market and sales data to provide actionable recommendations and extract key learnings

The ideal candidate for the Customer Marketing Specialist role is expected to possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmacy, Retail, Trade Marketing, or Customer Marketing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic analytical capability to interpret performance results, prepare reports, and create impactful presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel 

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve business objectives
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, utilizing sales and customer data to provide actionable recommendations

• 1-2 years experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, or related commercial roles
