As a Digital Channel Specialist in this role you will be responsible for:

• Drive the online performance and commercial layout for three main business pillars: Fashion, Home, and Beauty.
• Structure and optimize the customer journey on the online channel, managing the homepage layout, navigation, and overall digital presentation to enhance product visibility.
• Oversee the online product catalogue, ensuring high product availability, correct stock levels, and precise translation reviews.
• Coordinate the structural data entry process, managing the workflow, product descriptions, and file completion, which are executed by an outsourced partner.
• Implement promotional calendars and campaigns across all three departments in a structured and timely manner.
• Set up online prices, markdowns, and promotional activities, ensuring full compliance with local Greek legislation.
• Work closely with the Buying and Marketing teams to align on upcoming promotional calendars, season buys, and product opportunities.
• Perform ongoing analysis of website performance, including product/category sell-through, visitor behavior, and conversion data.  
• Issue weekly reports regarding sales performance, stock availability, and opportunities for revenue growth, in cooperation with the Retail and Buying teams.  
• Maintain accurate data within the internal IT and e-commerce tools (e.g., eSAP) used for the management of assortment and pricing.

The ideal candidate for the position of Digital Channel Specialist will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Relevant certifications in e-commerce will be considered a plus
• Proven working experience in E-commerce Site Merchandising, Digital Trading, or Online Buying/Category Management, ideally within Fashion, Home, or Beauty retail sectors
• Strong ability to interpret web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and sales data to turn insights into commercial actions
• Excellent use of MS Office 365 (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of PowerBI or eSAP tools is highly valued
• Excellent command of the English language
