What you'll do:

• Reach out to clients via phone and email to inquire about outstanding balances and overdue invoices.
• Issue formal dunning letters and regular statements of account to customers.
• Promptly and professionally investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to billing or payments.
• Keep detailed, accurate logs of all client communications and agreed-upon payment schedules.
• Work cross-functionally with other internal teams to clear any roadblocks affecting the collections process.
• Generate and deliver regular reports to management detailing account health and ongoing collection efforts.
• Build positive, cooperative relationships with clients to streamline the collections process and amicably settle disputes.
• Monitor and analyze client payment patterns to proactively spot and mitigate potential financial risks.
• Partner with the sales team to establish and enforce credit policies and terms for onboarding new clients.

Who we're looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is highly advantageous.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in collections, credit, accounting, or similar financial roles.
• Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience navigating ERP software (familiarity with Softone is a distinct bonus).
• Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, coupled with the confidence to negotiate effectively with major clients.
• A solution-oriented mindset with a strong dedication to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Solid analytical and reporting capabilities, with a proven track record of turning complex data insights into practical, actionable strategies.
