As a Technical Buyer your main responsibilities will be :

• Conduct supplier benchmarking to support strategic decisions.
• Secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Evaluate quotes, cost breakdowns, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate pricing and contract data for purchasing.
• Track spend and key metrics (savings, DPOs, lead times, evaluations).
• Process procurement documents per internal policies.
• Draft and finalize legally compliant supplier agreements.
• Monitor performance and resolve pricing, delivery, or quality issues.
• Coordinate with R&D, Product Management, and Operations.

The ideal candidate for the Technical Buyer position will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Fluency in Greek & English (both verbal & written) is a must.
• German will be considered as an asset.
• ERP experience, especially SAP will be considered as an asset.
• Excellent command of MS Office.

• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical thinking with problem solving abilities.
• Results oriented and attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Team spirit work and adaptability.

2-4 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
