The Store Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for the smooth operation of the store under their supervision, in accordance with the company’s operational standards and procedures, aiming to achieve corporate sales targets.
• Ensures the correct implementation of the company’s operational tools and the successful introduction of new programs and procedures.
• Carries out the recruitment and selection processes to ensure full staffing of the store.

• Oversees the development of store employees by using the company’s evaluation tools and motivating them effectively.
