key responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Translate business needs into effective technical solutions using our proprietary platform
- Work closely with clients to align technology with their goals
- Create technical documents: flowcharts, integration specs, and more
- Collaborate with teams across Engineering, QA, Product, and Operations
- Evaluate and test APIs for external integrations
- Identify platform improvement opportunities and suggest new features
- Support the sales process with technical insights and product demos
- Participate in client workshops (virtually and occasionally on-site)
qualifications
What you bring:
- 3+ years in a related role (e.g., Solution Architecture, Business Analysis)
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field
- Previous hands-on experience in software development (e.g., backend, databases, APIs)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and web services
- Understanding of basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with telecom or banking systems is a big plus
- Experience with product lifecycle and agile software development
- Willingness to occasionally travel
