As a Shift Supervisor Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Mechanical supervision and maintenance of equipment and building installations
• Troubleshooting guidance to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and facilities
• Assignment and supervision of tasks, guidance of shift technicians
• Training, management, and development of the Maintenance team technicians

The ideal candidate for the Shift Supervisor Engineer role should have:

• A university degree (AEI or TEI) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in the maintenance of electrical/ mechanical equipment and installations
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, Internet, and English
• Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and team management ability
