As a Service Delivery Specialist, your duties will be the following: 

• Engage early in service design & transition activities to ensure operational readiness.
• Build and execute Operational Readiness Tests (ORT) for new or modified services.
• Monitor daily service performance dashboards and escalate incidents or capacity risks
• Contribute to incident, problem, and change processes—supplying analysis, evidence, and post-mortem inputs.

• Produce regular service-performance reports aligned with customer SLAs and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate service documentation, runbooks, and configuration records.
• Gather and prioritize improvement ideas, driving continuous-service improvement (CSI) actions to completion
• Liaise with external vendors to track ticket progress and validate contract/SLA compliance
• Provide clear status updates to internal and client stakeholders.

In order for your profile to match the Service Delivery Specialist position, you need to have the following skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in IT support, service delivery, or a closely related role

• ITIL Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)

• Working knowledge of ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA Service Management).
• Solid grasp of how modern, browser-based applications work (HTTP/S, REST APIs, HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals) and typical performance issues (latency, caching, browser compatibility).
• Exposure to public or hybrid-cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and the impact of cloud services on availability, scaling, and incident troubleshooting.
• Solid analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Professional fluency in English (spoken & written).
