As a Senior RPA/BPM Software Engineer, you will join an innovative team of Software Engineers and take a leading role in delivering scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions.This role focuses on designing and implementing advanced solutions in Workflow Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Document Management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver systems that support the organization’s strategic goals.

More specifically, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of Workflow, RPA, and Document Management systems
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure effective technical solutions
• Participate in architecture decisions, technical documentation, and project planning
• Evaluate and translate business requirements into robust technical designs
• Provide technical guidance and promote engineering best practices
• Ensure the quality, security, and maintainability of developed software

In order for your experience to match this exciting Senior RPA/BPM Software Engineer  position, you need to have the following:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software engineering roles
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and clean architecture
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services
• Working knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2
• Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or Document Management systems
• Experience with secure development practices and enterprise integration patterns
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
