As a Sales Specialist in this role you will be responsible for:

• Managing company assets throughout their lifecycle, which includes monitoring inventory, planning orders for new assets, and coordinating asset returns from the market
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date asset location records
• Receiving, reviewing, and validating requests for new asset installations
• Coordinating asset installation, relocation, and collection activities with internal teams and external partners
• Collaborating with the Sales team to resolve asset-related issues arising from the market
• Coordinating asset withdrawal and write-off procedures in collaboration with Finance
• Supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Asset Management strategy
• Participating in cross-functional projects related to asset management and operational excellence
• Developing, maintaining, and analyzing Asset Management reports and KPIs.  Supporting the annual CAPEX planning process for company assets

The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Specialist will be expected to possess the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Applied Sciences, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Asset Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a similar role, preferably within an FMCG environment
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.  Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP R/3 will be considered an asset

• Data interpretation, reporting, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Planning, organization, time-management, and ability to work under pressure

• A minimum of 3 years' professional background in Asset Management, Supply Chain, or Operat
