key responsibilities
For the role of Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing telephone communication with customers and partners to provide immediate and effective service.
- Handling daily communication across multiple channels including phone, email, and internal requests.
- Entering and monitoring orders accurately within the SAP ERP system.
- Managing customer requests and inquiries through the claims management platform.
- Utilizing corporate tools such as Outlook and reporting software to organize and track tasks.
- Providing administrative and commercial support to the broader Sales Operations team.
qualifications
For the role of Sales Operations Specialist, you will need:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
- Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools like Outlook
- Experience in telephone customer service or sales support
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
