For the role of Back Office Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating directly with business clients to provide daily operational support and resolve queries.
- Managing customer orders accurately and efficiently from placement to delivery.
- Processing customer returns, claims, and administrative adjustments in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate master data and tracking order updates within the company’s systems.
- Collaborating closely with internal logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order execution.
qualifications
For the role of Back Office Specialist, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Proven experience in a back-office, customer service, or commercial support role
- Strong knowledge of SAP (order management module)
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel
