For the role of Sales Operations & Commercial Effectiveness Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Monitor and evaluate sales KPIs across Direct, Indirect, Key Account and Partner channels to detect performance gaps and drive ROI-focused initiatives
- Oversee executive dashboards and business reporting, translating complex commercial and transactional data into actionable insights for budgeting and forecasting
- Track client account health metrics (ARR/MRR, retention, churn, and CLV) to unlock upselling and cross-selling opportunities while improving partner productivity
- Lead, mentor and set priorities for a team of 3 Commercial Analysts, serving as a strategic business partner to Sales, Finance and Executive leadership
qualifications
For the role of Sales Operations & Commercial Effectiveness Manager, you will need:
- Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, or Revenue within B2B/B2C services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring analytical teams
- Strong background in recurring revenue models, unit economics, CRM architectures (e.g. Salesforce), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); SQL knowledge is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders and translate data into business outcomes
- Fluency in English and Greek
