The responsibilities of this Sales Account Manager are:

• Developing and managing trusted relationships with strategically important accounts (Merchants) with focus on our eCommerce platform
• Developing and managing relationships with partners and external suppliers
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, increase visibility, and drive revenue growth for eCommerce
• Managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and in line with customer needs delivery of agreed services and customer satisfaction
• Coordinating development efforts, and achievement of commercial targets
• Timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Project management by making necessary changes based on specific client needsProviding support for key issues in the post-sales phase, ensuring first line assistance

The qualifications of this Sales Account Manager are:

• At least 5 years of experience in business development / sales roles
• Previous proven working experience in Digital Payments area and in management of Merchant customers will be consider a plus
• Bachelor's and/or master’s degree
• Excellent command of English & Greek language
• Ability to travel within Greece 

• Analytical and proactive thinking
• Strategic mind
• Organized team player with a positive “can do” attitude and with that a determination to succeed in a challenging and competitive environment
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Presentation skills

• At least 5 years of experience in business development / sales roles
