As a Project Manager, you will:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of physical store development — from planning and design coordination to delivery and handover.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality standards, and resolve any on-site issues proactively.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, timelines, and updates for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external partners (architects, engineers, contractors, utility providers, and regulatory bodies) to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Align all stakeholders on specifications, deadlines, and deliverables for seamless execution.
• Identify risks or bottlenecks early and implement timely corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and brand design guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, procurement, finance) to ensure each project is delivered on time, on budget, and operationally ready.
• Work closely with the operations team to co-design layouts and processes that support high-performance daily operations.

To thrive in this role as a Project Manager, you should bring:

• Educational background in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in project or site management, ideally within retail, hospitality, or food & beverage industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight timelines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate and align internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a focus on cost, speed, and quality.
• Willingness to work flexibly between on-site visits and office-based coordination.
• High sense of ownership and accountability.
