key responsibilities
For the role of Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Channel Cycle Plans) and Digital Business Transformation projects for 2026-2027.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for I2I Operations Managers on specific initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across SEE, ECE, IT, and other relevant teams.
- Gathering requirements for digital projects and ensuring data quality within Orbit and Qlik tools.
- Evaluating digital tactics through reporting and analytics to optimize stakeholder impact.
- Proactively working toward innovative solutions that support business initiatives.
qualifications
For the role of Operations Coordinator, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar education.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong digital skills and IT affinity.
- Proficiency as an internet and PC user.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce or Veeva CRM.
- Project management skills, including planning, tracking, and timely delivery.
- Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
