As a Motor Claims Officer your main responsibilities will be:

• enter and coordinate data into the internal company system regarding claims processing
• handle inbound claimant inquiries, requests and complaints, and file damage claims via phone
• prepare relevant statistical data, reports and presentations
• communicate with partners providing support
• schedule Experts’ visits to repair shops for damage evaluation

The Motor Claims Officer we are looking for should have:

• BCs degree in Business Administration or Statistics or similar field
• customer-centric approach and great communication skills
• excellent knowledge of English (spoken & written)
• proficiency in MS-Office
• knowledge of insurance policies will be considered a plus

1 year experience in a similar role is mandatory
