The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible to:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the mechanical maintenance team.
• Ensure timely and effective maintenance of all mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical support during equipment failures.
• Collaborate with production and engineering departments to optimize equipment performance.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Train and mentor maintenance personnel.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Solid knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems used in manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and use diagnostic tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
