The tasks of the Logistics Αssistant position include:

• Support smooth collaboration between logistics, warehouse, and production
• Coordinate with external 3PL partners for daily logistics operations
• Manage SAP tasks such as goods receipt, order bookings, and inventory checks
• Participate in warehouse improvement projects, including automation and robotics
• Organize and maintain logistics-related documentation
• Assist in transportation coordination with the Distribution Manager
• Monitor stock levels across raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods warehouses

The ideal candidate for the Logistics Assistant position should have:

• Degree in relevant field
• Proficient user of the Greek and English language
• Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office: Excel & Word

• Communication, negotiating and influencing skills
• Numerate , strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Results driven , sound business judgment
• Teamwork and professional ethics

3-5 years of relevant experience Experience with logistics operations necessary
