key responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager in this role you will be responsible for:
- Identify, approach, and secure new B2B high-voltage clients to expand the company's market footprint
- Present and sell standardized electricity products and tariffs tailored to specific business needs
- Drive cross-selling initiatives in a second phase by promoting natural gas solutions and value-added energy products to existing business owners
- Build a robust sales pipeline through continuous market mapping, regular client site visits, and strategic sales planning
- Lead the effective onboarding of new clients, drive joint business planning, and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

- Prepare sales contracts, monitor the entire contract lifecycle, and ensure seamless execution
- Provide management with weekly and monthly activity reports, market feedback, and updates on competitor activities
qualifications
The ideal candidate for the position of Key Account Manager will be expected to possess the following:
- Proven experience in B2B Sales or Account Management (experience in the Energy & Utilities sector will be considered a strong asset)
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- A highly motivated, self-starter mentality with a passion for energy sales
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of both the Greek and English languages

- Ability to solve complex problems, rather than highlight them
- Ability to analyze data and draw logical, actionable conclusions
