The responsibilities of this Commercial Operations Manager are:

• Coordinate the daily activities and administrative workflows of the Athens office to ensure smooth, uninterrupted business continuity.
• Lead commercial negotiations regarding product pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to close profitable deals.
• Drive commercial development in the Greek market by identifying new business opportunities
• Act as the primary gatekeeper and proxy for the Managing Director during their absence, managing urgent operational issues and priorities.
• Prepare detailed operational reports, KPIs, and market updates for the Italian headquarters.
• Organize, attend, and follow up on strategic meetings, ensuring all actionable items are executed by the local team.

The qualifications for this Commercial Operations Manager role are:

• A University degree (BSc/MSc) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, account management, sales support, or commercial operations.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, chemicals, or the plastics/polymers sector is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required. Working knowledge or fluency in Italian is a strong asset (or a proven willingness to learn the language).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Solid understanding of basic commercial financial metrics

• High sense of responsibility, accountability, and operational autonomy.
