key responsibilities
As a Junior IT Presales Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging customer needs with innovative technology solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and monitor customer requests from initial contact to delivery, working closely with suppliers and cross-functional internal teams
- Crafting tailored, cost-effective proposals that align with both technical requirements and business objectives
- Support the Presales team by preparing clear, well-structured solution proposals and technical documentation
- Actively participating in Public Sector tender processes, ensuring timely and accurate collection and submission of all necessary documentation
- Maintain a high-quality customer service experience and support the company's overall image of reliability
qualifications
What do you need to have as a Junior IT Presales Engineer ?
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience in a Presales, Tender Preparation, or Technical Proposal role
- Ability to coordinate multiple parallel tasks with attention to detail
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools and confidence in drafting technical and commercial documentation
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
