key responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Junior HR Associate role include:
- assist in preparing and validating monthly payroll data in collaboration with external providers
- support the team in preparing and submitting ERGANI declarations, including hiring, terminations, and schedule changes
- monitor the Digital Work Card system to ensure accurate time tracking and regulatory compliance
- maintain secure employee files and HR records with a high focus on accuracy and confidentiality
- assist in drafting contracts, employment letters, onboarding materials, and offboarding documentation
- assist with recruitment talent tracking, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
- help organize training sessions, track key HR metrics, and participate in ongoing or ad-hoc HR initiatives
qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Junior HR Associate position should have:
- a BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory
- 1–2 years of previous experience in HR and/or payroll administration
- fluent in Greek and proficient in English
- proficient in MS Office, with strong capabilities in Excel
- familiarity with Greek labor legislation and ERGANI processes is highly desirable
