The responsibilities of the Junior HR Associate role include:

• assist in preparing and validating monthly payroll data in collaboration with external providers
• support the team in preparing and submitting ERGANI declarations, including hiring, terminations, and schedule changes
• monitor the Digital Work Card system to ensure accurate time tracking and regulatory compliance
• maintain secure employee files and HR records with a high focus on accuracy and confidentiality
• assist in drafting contracts, employment letters, onboarding materials, and offboarding documentation
• assist with recruitment talent tracking, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
• help organize training sessions, track key HR metrics, and participate in ongoing or ad-hoc HR initiatives

The ideal candidate for the Junior HR Associate position should have:

• a BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory
• 1–2 years of previous experience in HR and/or payroll administration
• fluent in Greek and proficient in English
• proficient in MS Office, with strong capabilities in Excel
• familiarity with Greek labor legislation and ERGANI processes is highly desirable

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and relationship-building skills

• 1–2 years of previous experience in HR and/or payroll administration
