As an IT Ops Technician your duties will be the following:

• Operate and manage CMS Consoles, File Transmission Servers, and Applications.
• Ensure the smooth execution of job scheduling, data transmissions, and processing.
• Perform essential reporting, documentation, and backup operations.
• Actively participate in event management and system monitoring, responding to alerts as needed.
• Execute defined tasks following documented instructions and processes.
• Respond to and resolve inquiries from internal and external clients via phone and email.
• Maintain and update documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Degree in IT or related field
