The responsibilities of this Internal Sales Engineer role include:

• Translate customer needs into tailored technical offers, ensuring all specifications for measurement instrumentation are accurate.
• Manage the end-to-end quotation process, clarifying technical requirements and handling negotiations with partners and suppliers.
• Partner closely with External Sales Engineers to follow up on business opportunities and move projects through the pipeline.
• Act as the "voice of the company" for inbound inquiries, providing expert advice and maintaining high levels of engagement.
• Utilize ERP systems to track interactions, maintain clear stakeholder communication, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

The qualifications of this Internal Sales Engineer role are:

• University degree (BSc/BEng) in Automation, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in internal sales support, technical customer service, or a related commercial engineering role.
• Exceptional command of English and Greek (written and verbal) is a must for global collaboration.
• High proficiency in MS Office and comfort working within sophisticated ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
