key responsibilities
The responsibilities of the HR Compensation & Benefits Assistant role include:
- Handle provider invoices related to employee benefits, such as medical insurance
- Administer company's pension scheme, including employee enrollments and updates
- Communicate with external providers regarding employee benefits
- Participate in meetings with external providers to support the coordination and administration of employee benefit programs
qualifications
The ideal candidate for the HR Compensation & Benefits Assistant position should have:
- BSc/Ba in business administration, human resources or relevant field
- Excellent command of Greek and English language, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good numerical skills, experience in reporting
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
