key responsibilities
As an HR & Administration Officer your main responsibilities will include:
- Oversee daily office operations, managing supplies, equipment, and logistics to ensure a smooth work environment
- Act as the primary HR contact for staff and management, fostering effective internal communication
- Implement and monitor performance management systems, including KPI tracking and regular reporting
- Manage HR administrative tasks like attendance, leave, and maintaining accurate employee records
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding
- Coordinate performance reviews and facilitate timely feedback for staff development
- Promote a positive work culture by supporting employee engagement and proactively resolving minor HR issues
qualifications
The ideal candidate for HR & Administration Officer position should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Greek
- Proficiency in KPI systems and HR tools (e.g., HRIS, attendance systems)

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, hands-on approach
experience
- Proven experience in a dual HR and Office Administration role
