key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, accessible web interfaces utilizing React and Next.js (App Router focus).
- Lead state management strategies across applications using modern tools such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Context, or TanStack Query.
- Design reusable, modular UI component systems adhering strictly to modern web accessibility (a11y) standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly within Git-based workflows, conducting constructive code reviews, managing feature branches, and upholding clean codebase standards.
- Integrate complex RESTful APIs to deliver fluid, real-time user interfaces.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical debt, prioritizing elegant and maintainable solutions over unnecessary complexity.
qualifications
Core Requirements
- Proven background in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Strong proficiency in state management architectures (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Context, TanStack Query, or similar).
- Deep understanding of component architecture, separation of concerns, and reusable UI engineering.
- Methodical debugging skills with a keen focus on performance optimization across devices and platforms.
- Commitment to writing clean, readable, and self-documenting code.
- Solid experience participating in pull request reviews and maintaining code quality benchmarks.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with utility-first CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
- Familiarity with unit and end-to-end testing tools (Jest, Vitest, Cypress, Playwright).
- Exposure to containerized environments (Docker) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior experience with Headless CMS platforms (Directus, Contentful, Sanity) or cloud ecosystems (Azure).
