Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Technical Strategy: Architect, evaluate, and propose bespoke enterprise infrastructure encompassing SASE frameworks, software-defined networking (SD-WAN/SD-LAN), and advanced security stacks aligned with complex client requirements.
• Technical Advisory & Presales Engagement: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions and high-level client consultations; deliver authoritative technical presentations and solution designs in close coordination with cross-functional engineering teams.
• RFP & Bid Governance: Take end-to-end technical ownership of large-scale commercial bids, tenders, and client RFPs, ensuring rigorous architectural accuracy, compliance, and competitive differentiation.
• Ecosystem & Subcontractor Coordination: Supervise external engineering partners, vendor specialists, and technical subcontractors to guarantee that proposed architectures are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
• Technology Enablement & Internal Evangelism: Monitor global cybersecurity and telecom trends, assess emergent vendor technologies, and lead internal knowledge-transfer initiatives to maintain technical superiority across the organization.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3+ years in B2B customer engineering, enterprise network design, or fixed connectivity/security presales.
• Education: BSc in IT, Computer Science, or Telecommunications (MSc is a plus).
• Certifications: Vendor accreditation in Cisco/Huawei (CCNP level preferred), Fortinet (NSE 4/FCP+), VMware (SD-WAN), Check Point (CCSA+), or HPE Aruba.
• Technical & Business Acumen: Strong grasp of enterprise IT operating models with the ability to translate operational pain points into transformation solutions.
• Project Skills: Proven ability to manage large-scale technical projects and RFPs.
• Communication & Languages: Fluency in Greek and English with excellent technical presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
