key responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support and enhance the ERP system (Entersoft Business Suite) and develop new features based on business needs.
- Provide 1st & 2nd level support to end-users (ERP, Retail, WMS, etc.).
- Design and execute complex T-SQL queries & reports to meet operational requirements.
- Participate in the development and implementation of EDI integrations with external partners and systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
- Be part of exciting new IT projects and contribute to the digital transformation of the company.
qualifications
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in ERP systems (Entersoft Business Suite) implementation, development, and support.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL & Transact-SQL (T-SQL).
- Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.
- A team player mindset with excellent communication abilities.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365).
