About the role

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join a leading global technology enterprise in the payments industry. In this role, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams and client-side stakeholders to explore, analyze, and visualize data that drives strategic decision-making.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Support clients by exploring, analyzing, and interpreting large, diverse datasets from multiple sources.  
• Develop clear, interactive data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate trends and insights.  
• Use Microsoft Excel to manipulate datasets for both ad hoc and recurring reporting needs.  
• Apply statistical methods and predictive analytics (such as segmentation and forecasting) using tools like SPSS Statistics/Modeler to support deep business assessments.  
• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise business insights and deliver high-quality presentations using PowerPoint.  
• Collaborate closely with client-side business analysis, development, and project management teams to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.  
• Monitor performance metrics to generate proactive insights and identify improvement opportunities.  
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data sources to guarantee reliable analysis.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.  
• 3+ years of solid, hands-on experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.  
• Strong SQL skills for querying, data transformation, and manipulating relational databases.  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.  
• Proven experience applying statistical techniques (such as predictive modeling and clustering) in a commercial environment.  
• Prior hands-on experience with SPSS, Modeler, and modern dashboard/visualization tools is considered a strong advantage.  
• Exceptional critical thinking, technical writing, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical
• topics for diverse audiences.  Fluency and advanced business writing skills in both Greek and English.  Fulfilled military obligations, where applicable.

3+ years of solid, hands-on experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
