The main duties & responsibilities of this credit control manager position will be:

• Work closely with sales department to ensure smooth daily operation
• Direct communication with clients, build customer relations, understand customer payment habits
• Data collection and analysis, monthly DSO, Forecast monthly collections, receivables ageing
• Deep knowledge of the credit insurance contract, direct communication with brokers
• Implement new internal processes, to develop the credit control policy of the company
• Calculate KPI’s and act as the credit business partner to Head of Finance
• Deep understanding of customer contracts, trade spending and accruals calculation
• Team lead of one assistant to oversee credit admin tasks, issuance of credit notes, customer turnover etc 

To be an ideal candidate for the role you should have:

• University Degree In Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business or related field
• About 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills: able to interpret financial reports, create credit reports and KPI’s from raw data
• Excellent communication skills, negotiating with external parties but also internal customer service and sales
• Previous experience in FMCG or retail is necessary
• Excellent knowledge of English
