As a Consumer & Market Intelligence Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Proactively identify analytical priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all market and consumer-related data analysis. 
• Guide commercial decision-making by delivering structured evaluations in areas such as price optimization, brand effectiveness, and product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analysis 
• Lead the design and execution of tailored research or data initiatives using both internal and external sources.
• Consolidate complex datasets into actionable overviews for senior stakeholders and leadership forums.
• Mentor a small team of analysts, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality output.

The successful candidate for the Consumer & Market Intelligence Manager role should demonstrate:

• A university degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a similar discipline (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Proven experience working with market analytics, consumer behavior, or strategic research
• Proven experience in managing a small team
• Experience in managing Senior Stakeholders and able to adapt own communication style to audience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
• Ability to prioritize  requests across multiple functions with professionalism and structure
• Familiarity with analytical platforms, visualization tools, and reporting systems
• Capacity to lead projects end-to-end, from planning to delivery of results
• Previous experience in Senior roles related to commercial analytics, consumer research, or data-driven marketing within a structured business environment, ideally in FMCG
