Key Responsibilities for this Compensation & Benefits Manager:

• Develop and implement total rewards strategies aligned with business goals, balancing external competitiveness and internal equity
• Analyze HR data and key people KPIs, producing dashboards and performance reports to support leadership decision-making
• Design and optimize automated reporting tools to enhance data-driven HR processes and strategic insights
• Manage salary review processes, bonus schemes, and benefits across various geographies
• Conduct internal equity assessments and lead compensation benchmarking projects using external market data
• Oversee the job evaluation framework and ensure consistent application of salary structures across job functions
• Monitor market trends and best practices to continuously improve the company’s compensation and benefits offerings
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regional legal requirements in compensation and benefit practices

The ideal candidate for this Compensation & Benefits Manager position should have:

• University/college degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent knowledge on the Greek and English language
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and HR dashboards

• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
