We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join the dynamic HR team of a leading company in the food industry. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Compensation & Benefits Manager by delivering accurate HR data analysis, reporting, and insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will also contribute to benchmarking, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws related to compensation and benefits.

key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities for this Compensation & Benefits Analyst include:
- Analyze and maintain HR data related to compensation, benefits, and organizational structure
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic HR decisions (e.g., headcount planning, retention risk analysis)
- Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, salary progression, benefits usage)
- Support the annual salary review and bonus cycle processes
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting of personnel costs
- Participate in job grading and benchmarking exercises using internal and external market data
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of benefits programs
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate HR data and relevant documentation
qualifications
The ideal candidate for this Compensation & Benefits Analyst position should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with HRIS platforms and reporting tools is a plus
- Knowledge of labor law and basic compensation principles
- Exposure to budgeting or workforce planning processes
- Interest in continuous improvement and data-driven HR strategy
skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
experience
1–3 years of experience in a similar HR analytical or C&B role
