As a Commercial Specialist in this role you will be responsible for:

• Actively engage with clients and external suppliers to source new business opportunities, resolve field challenges and expand commercial presence
• Oversee asset lifecycles and inventory to ensure field sales teams are fully equipped for market expansion
• Evaluate and validate commercial requests for new asset installations to support sales expansion and client acquisition
• Oversee seamless installation, relocation, and retrieval of market assets in coordination with field sales and external logistics partners
• Partner closely with the Sales team to swiftly resolve asset-related client issues, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
• Drive asset write-offs and returns alongside Finance to protect company margins and maintain profitable asset distribution in the market
• Analyze asset performance metrics and KPIs to guide CAPEX decisions and align asset investment with market demand

The ideal candidate for the position of Commercial Specialist will be expected to possess the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Applied Sciences, or a related field
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP R/3 will be considered an asset

• Results-driven, resilient, agile, and a passion for winning
• Data interpretation, reporting, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Planning, organization, time-management, and ability to work under pressure
• Collaborative mindset, excellent communication, and customer focus
• Independent, high ownership, and capable of managing multiple priorities

• A minimum of 3 years' professional background in a similar role within fmcg
