The responsibilities of the Client Support Administrator include:

• Manage and archive client-related correspondence ( both physical and digital )
• Respond to various requests by email and telephone
• Enter data to the internal database
• Update and maintain internal documentation and records
• Assist in verifying and processing official client documents
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information flow

The Client Support Administrator  we are looking for should have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent knowledge in English ( both written and verbal )
• Excellent communication and organizing skills
• Familiarity with document validation and file management processes
• Previous experience in an client support role is considered an asset
• Excellent PC skills & knowledge of Softone ERP system
• Ability to manage confidential information with
