The Production Supervisor will be responsible to:

Monitor and control the company's three production lines
Ensure adherence to the production schedule and compliance with specifications, including quality, quantity, and timelines.
Implement and uphold production procedures as defined by the company’s systems.
Ensure the safety of employees and facility
Track and analyze productivity and performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement
Coordinate maintenance programs for the factory in collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor.
Oversee critical auxiliary materials, accessories, and consumables
Manage the company’s ERP system effectively
Follow and animate production policies and instructions regarding quality control and assurance, environment, health and safety guidelines,
Identify and formulate effective solutions to emerging problems
Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety
Prepare and formulate reports and documentations
