As a Robotics & Automation Manager you will have to:

Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of robotics and automation systems, from project inception through to successful delivery.
Manage and support cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring timely project completion and adherence to technical standards.
Design and validate innovative robotics and automation solutions to streamline manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in robotic systems, coordinating with engineering teams to implement improvements.
Develop and manage project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure all financial objectives are met.
